I consider Macon, Georgia my hometown. There, I graduated from Central High School. Then, I attended the University of Florida (and thoroughly enjoyed it). I came back home to Georgia to attend Mercer University School of Law.
Since graduating from law school, I have dedicated my career to defending those accused of crimes. It is a privilege to do so. Helping someone through the criminal ‘justice’ system is an important job. The system is not fair. It is often slow and cumbersome. I do my best to guide my clients through it and obtain favorable results.
I took a job in Douglas County in 2007. My family and I have been here ever since. I started Woolverton Law Firm in 2018. The pandemic caused me to seek other employment. Now, I work for Johnson Trial Law doing all types of litigation. http://www.johnsontrial.com
I like the Florida Gators. I also enjoy fishing, golf, basketball, traveling, and coaching sports. While I try to avoid Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/woolvertonlawfirm), I am often on Twitter at https://twitter.com/WWoolverton.
I am member of the Douglas County Bar Association. https://douglascountybar.com/
